Revocable Permit to Take Wild Birds and Wild and Feral Animals
View official PDF ↗Any owner or tenant of land or property that is being damaged or destroyed, or is in danger of being damaged or destroyed by any protected wild bird or wild or feral animal, may apply to the Director for a revocable permit to take such wild bird, or wild or feral animal. The Director, upon satisfactory evidence of such damage or destruction, actual or threatened, may issue a revocable permit for the taking of such bird or wild or feral animal. It shall be unlawful for any person to violate the conditions of any revocable permit issued under the provisions of this Section.
