Protection of Wild Animals
View official PDF ↗It shall be unlawful for any person to take, buy, sell, transport, or possess any wild or feral animal, or any part thereof, except as authorized in this Article or as authorized by regulations made under 5 GCA §§ 62104, 62104.3(i), and 63127.
