Authority of Department
View official PDF ↗The control and regulation of fish and game in and about Guam and the administration of this Article shall be vested in the Department [of Agriculture]. Violations of this Chapter which are not identified as a misdemeanor or felony shall be adjudicated by the Traffic Court Division of the Superior Court of Guam.
