Agricultural Clubs & Meetings

Organization and growth of 4-H Clubs and other agricultural youth organizations shall be promoted by the Department. The Department is authorized to conduct and participate in agricultural exhibits, former institutes and other similar programs which will increase the interest and ability of the people of Guam in agriculture.
