Crop Plants & Their Care

The Department shall develop and test new and improved fruit, vegetable, forage and other plants as to their growth and productivity under conditions existing in Guam. It shall propagate plants and collect seeds and shall make them available for planting by farmers and public agencies at a price fixed by the Director.
