Chief Brand Inspector

COL1/11/2022 CH. 61 PLANTS & ANIMALS The Director of Agriculture shall designate one or more employees of the Department to serve as Chief Brand Inspector and Deputy Brand Inspector, respectively, who will enforce the laws and regulations pertaining to branding of livestock and undertake any other related duties assigned by the Director. Nothing herein shall be construed, however, to limit the authority and responsibility of the Guam Police Department in regard to criminal enforcement.
