Indemnities and Costs

No indemnity shall be paid to the owner or any person for property destroyed or damaged by activities authorized herein, unless specifically provided for in this Division or supporting regulations. Unless otherwise indicated, the costs of work done, COL1/11/2022 CH. 61 PLANTS & ANIMALS material consumed, and equipment used on such activities, including the salaries of the veterinarian and any inspector, shall be borne by the government of Guam.
