Utilities and Routine Maintenance and Repair
View official PDF ↗The Education Agency shall be responsible for the connection and payment of all utilities, including without limitation, power, water, sewer, telephone and cable, and all routine interior maintenance and repair and exterior grounds keeping and landscaping and upkeep of the Education Facility.
