Maintenance & Repair of Public Vehicles

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 5 — Government Operations

Except as otherwise provided, the Department of Public Works shall maintain and repair all vehicles owned by the Executive Branch of the government of Guam, its various departments and agencies, including semi-autonomous and autonomous agencies.
