Rules and Regulations

The Chief Officer of the Public Utility Agency of Guam may promulgate rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this Act, in accordance with the Administrative Adjudication Law. The Rules and Regulations shall provide for such hearing procedures as will adequately protect rights of affected persons under the constitution of the United States and the Guam Organic Act. ---------- COL120106
