(a)“Excess Supplies” means any supplies other than expendable supplies having a remaining useful life but which are no longer required by the using agency in possession of the supplies.
(b)“Expendable Supplies” means all tangible supplies other than nonexpendable supplies.
(c)“Nonexpendable Supplies” means all tangible supplies having an original acquisition cost of over One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per unit and a probable useful life of more than one
(l)year.
(d)“Supplies” means supplies owned by Guam. (See § 5030(a) of this Chapter).
(e)“Surplus Supplies” means any supplies other than expendable supplies no longer having any use to Guam. This includes obsolete supplies, scrap materials and nonexpendable supplies that have completed their useful life cycle.
