Duties of the Chief Procurement Officer and Director of Public Works

(a)The Chief Procurement Officer shall prepare, issue, revise, maintain and monitor the use of specifications for supplies and services required by Guam.

(b)The Director of Public Works shall prepare, issue, revise, maintain and monitor the use of specifications for construction required by Guam.
