Adoption of Plan by Legislature

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 5 — Government Operations

Upon receipt of the final plan submitted by the Governor for a numbering system, the Legislature may, by statute, adopt said plan. Before adopting the proposed plan, the Legislature shall hold at least one public hearing.
