Program

A Quality/Reliability Assurance Program designed to improve the quality, reliability and durability of equipment and construction, which is fabricated, repaired, installed, maintained, supervised, administered or permitted, will be implemented by the Department of Public Works for government of Guam projects and construction authorized through building permits.
