Record of Citizenship of Worker
View official PDF ↗Every contractor and subcontractor shall keep an accurate record showing the name and citizenship of each workman employed by him in the construction of public works for the government of Guam. The record shall be kept open at all reasonable hours for inspection by the contracting officer of the government of Guam.
