Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 5 — Government Operations

The proposed constitution as so approved and modified by the Congress shall be submitted to the qualified voters of Guam for acceptance or rejection during an island-wide referendum to be held on August 4, 1979. COL7222015 CH. 42 CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION
