Municipal Planning Council: Meetings

(a)Each Municipal Planning Council shall meet regularly, at least once a month, or more often as necessary. A two

(2)day notice shall be given for a special meeting; provided, that the members may waive notice by all executing a written waiver. A quorum, which consists of a majority of the members, is required for any action by the Council.

(b)Each Council member, except the Mayor and Vice Mayor, shall be eligible to receive a stipend of Fifty Dollars ($50) for every regular and special meeting attended; provided, however, that such stipend shall not exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100) in any one
