Hagåtña Mayor: Sagan Dinaña

(a)The Mayor of Hagåtña may set a reasonable fee for the use of Sagan Dinaña, according to the provisions of the Administrative Adjudication Law, and shall collect the fee.

(b)There is created a revolving fund within the General Fund, which is to be accounted for separate from other accounts within the General Fund, to be known as the Sagan Dinaña Revolving Fund. The fees collected pursuant to Subsection

(a)of this Section shall be placed into this revolving fund.

(c)The funds placed in the Sagan Dinaña Revolving Fund shall be used for maintenance and repair of Sagan Dinaña, upon certification for the expenditure of the funds by the Mayor of Hagåtña.
