01(A) may be conditioned upon the deposit with the Trustee

of proceeds of refunding obligations of the Government or other funds in an amount sufficient to pay the Redemption Price of and accrued interest on such Bonds to the date fixed for redemption, and may be rescinded upon the failure of such condition.
