Notwithstanding § 34109, within six

(6)months of the effective date of this Act, all licensing bodies shall provide, and update quarterly, the Department with information, concerning applicants for licensure and current license holders, on magnetic tape or other machine readable form, if available. Such information shall include the license holder or applicant’s name, address of record, Federal employer identification number or social security number, type of license, effective date of license or renewal, expiration date of license, and active or inactive status.
