Written Confirmation of Compliance

If a non-custodial parent who is served with a notice of proposed action or is certified to a licensing body subsequently comes into compliance with a court order of support, the Department shall provide the non-custodial parent and the licensing bodies with written confirmation that the non-custodial parent is in compliance with this order within twenty-four

(24)hours of compliance.
