View official PDF ↗(a)The Attorney General may deliver a written Official Warning to Cease Misconduct to any notary whose actions are judged to be official misconduct under § 33104 of this Chapter.
(b)The Attorney General may seek a court injunction to prevent a person from violating any provision of this Chapter.
