Effective Date

This Chapter shall take effect ninety

(90)days following its enactment into law. Any notary public who is commissioned prior to the effective date of this Chapter shall continue to exercise the duties and responsibilities until his or her commission expires. Subsequent application for another commission shall be made in compliance with the provisions of this Chapter.
