Telephone Cards Exempted

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 5 — Government Operations

This Article shall not apply to prepaid telephone or mobile commercial radio service as provided for by the Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009, as amended.
