Violation a Deceptive Practice

Violation of any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed a deceptive trade practice pursuant to Articles 1 and 2 of this chapter, and is subject to action by the Attorney General. ---------ARTICLE 4 PRIZES AND GIFTS
