Charges Not Collectible
View official PDF ↗No telemarketing seller nor its successor in interest (including a bona fide purchaser for value) nor any credit card company may collect any sums due for telemarketing sales made in violation of this article. Any charges collected in violation of this section shall be returned by the person receiving the payment from the consumer.
