Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as creating any defense to an action for death or personal injury nor shall anything in this chapter be construed as a defense to any claim by a COL10/29/2021 CH. 32 TRADE PRACTICES AND CONSUMER PROTECTION consumer nor shall it be construed mitigating or reducing any claim for damages made by a consumer.
