Sale Not Enforceable
View official PDF ↗A sale of goods or services which is based upon or induced by a false, misleading, deceptive or prohibited act or practice as described in this chapter is not enforceable by the party responsible for the false, misleading, deceptive or prohibited act or practice, and may be revoked by the consumer if there was reasonable reliance on or material damage to the consumer from the false, misleading, deceptive or prohibited act or practice.
