Injunctive Relief

The court may issue any person including the Attorney General temporary restraining orders, and temporary or permanent injunctions to restrain and prevent violations of this chapter and such injunctive relief shall be issued without bond. The complaining party need not show that there is no remedy available at law and need not show irreparable damage if injunctive relief is not granted, but need only show that a violation of this chapter has occurred or is likely to occur. If two

(2)or more merchants are engaging in one

(1)or more of the same practice or practices prohibited by this chapter, any request for injunctive may be combined on one

(1)action naming multiple defendants; provided, that there must be proof that a violation of this chapter has occurred or is likely to occur as to each defendant against whom an injunction or restraining order ultimately issues.
