5 GCA § 3119
Council on the Arts and Humanities
View official PDF ↗There is within the Executive Branch of the government of Guam the Guam Council on the Arts and Humanities. The chief administrative officer of the Council shall be the Director who shall be appointed by the governing board with the approval of the Governor and with the advice and consent of the Legislature.
