Department of Youth Affairs

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 5 — Government Operations

There is within the Executive Branch of the government of Guam a Department of Youth Affairs. The head of the department COL1/11/2022 CH 3 DEPARTMENTS OF THE GOVERNMENT shall be the Director who shall be appointed by the Council on Youth Affairs with the approval of the Governor and with the advice and consent of the Legislature.
