Department of Parks and Recreation

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 5 — Government Operations

There is within the Executive Branch of the government of Guam a Department of Parks and Recreation. The Director of Parks and Recreation is the head of said department and is appointed by the Governor, pursuant to § 77107(a) of Article 1, Chapter 77, Title 21 GCA, with the consent of the Legislature.
