Enforcement of Laws by Consumer Counsel

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 5 — Government Operations

(a)The [Attorney General] shall have responsibility for appearing on behalf of the government of Guam in all those cases brought in the name of the government of Guam to enforce consumer protection laws. COL120106 CH. 31 CONSUMER COUNSEL
