Compensation
View official PDF ↗The annual salary of the Attorney General shall be:
(a)Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000) higher than the annual salary of the highest compensated Assistant Attorney General under the Attorney Pay Plan of the Office of the Attorney General of Guam, based on years of experience pursuant to Title 4 GCA, Chapter 6, § 6208; or
(b)the annual compensation of a judge of the Superior Court of Guam, whichever is higher.
