Rules and Regulations
View official PDF ↗Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Attorney General shall make rules and regulations, not inconsistent with law, for the conduct of the Department of Law, but such rules and regulations shall become effective only upon approval of I Liheslaturan Guåhan. Rules and regulations shall not be inconsistent with the personnel rules and regulations of the government of Guam.
