Attorney General Not to Favor Claims
View official PDF ↗The Attorney General, except for his own services, may not present any claim, account or demand for allowance against the government of Guam nor in any way advocate the relief asked on any claim or demand made by another except as provided in the Government Claims Act (5 GCA Chapter 6).
