Contracts with U.S. for Services
View official PDF ↗I Maga’lahi (the Governor) is authorized to enter into agreements with the United States of America, or any agency or instrumentality thereof, for the furnishing by the government of Guam of services, including labor and use of equipment, on a reimbursable basis. All proceeds derived from such agreements shall be paid into the General Fund of the government of Guam, except that to the extent such services are furnished by the Jose D. Leon Guerrero Commercial Port of Guam or the Guam Waterworks Authority, and the Guam Power Authority, reimbursement shall be paid into the treasuries of the respective agencies.
