View official PDF ↗The Director of Administration, hereafter referred to as the Director, shall establish and administer the Central Accounting COL4/6/2022 CH. 22 GENERAL FISCAL POLICIES AND CONTROLS Office of the government of Guam, which will constitute the central accounting agency for the efficient management of a system of accounts.
