Submission of Spending Plan

The Opioid Recovery Advisory Council shall submit a detailed spending plan for the Opioid Recovery Trust Fund for Fiscal Years 2022 and 2023, to the Speaker of I Liheslaturan Guahan no later than August 1, 2022.
