Annual Audit

The Office of Public Accountability shall perform an annual audit of the SAR Fund and the compliance of the Director of the Department of Administration with the expenditure of such funds within the SAR Fund in accordance with the administration and exclusive purposes of this Article. Said audit shall include, but is not limited to, the revenues to the SAR Fund and the expenditures from the SAR Fund.
