Conduct of Meetings, Quorum
View official PDF ↗(a)The Task Force shall meet biannually, and as needed to discuss and assess progress and recommendations.
(b)Three
(3)members of the Task Force shall constitute a quorum to do business, and the affirmative vote of three
(3)members of the Task Force shall be required to take any action.
