Effect of Future Disbursements

Any money declared to be available under the provisions of this Chapter shall remain such and be available for investment any time within 60 days thereafter, and may be held invested, even though subsequent disbursements from the General Fund may reduce the noninvested General Fund below the minimum set in § 21103 of this Chapter.
