Surplus Property Agency Designation
View official PDF ↗The Department of Administration is hereby designated as the State Agency for the purpose of § 203(j) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended (40 U.S.C. 484(j)) (hereinafter referred to as the Federal Act.)
