United States Patents and Copyrights: Registration

The owner of a patent, copyright, or trademark registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, who desires to register it in Guam, may do so by complying with the following provisions:

(a)By supplying a certified copy of the United States Registration of such patent, copyright or trademark, to the Director.

(b)By paying to the Director the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50) for the requisite filing with the Department of Revenue and Taxation which shall be deposited in the General Fund of Guam.
