Director of Administration

The Director of Administration, hereinafter referred to as the “Director” shall establish and administer effective training and development programs for the employees of departments and agencies of the COL 3/18/2024 CH. 20 DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION government of Guam except for those departments and agencies who are exempted from the provisions of this Act as set forth in § 20305 of this Article.
