Special Provision for Elected Officials

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 5 — Government Operations

The provisions of §§ 1A102, 1A103, 1A103.3, 1A103.4, 1A108, or 1A109 shall not apply to an office or department under the supervision of an elected official.
