Implementing Executive Order
View official PDF ↗The Governor shall by executive order(s) promulgate rules to accomplish the following:
(a)prioritization in force; COL5242018 CH. 1A REORGANIZATION
(b)outsourcing;
(c)absorption;
(d)abolition;
(e)reorganization;
(f)availability rosters;
(g)the designation of functions to be absorbed; or
(h)the designation of entities to be abolished.
