Authority of I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi to Issue General Obligation Bonds

I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan is authorized to borrow funds pursuant to by the issuance of General Obligation Bonds provided such bonds are issued pursuant to 12 GCA § 2103(k).
