Master Plan Proposals

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 5 — Government Operations

The Bureau shall proceed to develop proposals consisting of a scope of work and cost estimates for all elements of the Plan. The Bureau shall incorporate in its annual budget submission to I Liheslatura the amount of financial resources needed to facilitate the objectives of this Chapter.
