Plan Review: Public Hearings

The Plan or any of its elements prepared by the various public agencies or any private entity, shall be submitted to the Bureau for review. Within forty-five

(45)days following receipt of any such element or elements by the Bureau, the Bureau shall hold one

(1)or more public hearings thereon. Announcements of such hearings shall be printed in a newspaper of general circulation on Guam ten

(10)days and one

(1)day prior thereto. Summaries of the element or elements to be heard shall be prepared by the Bureau and submitted to appropriate news media.
